1 Introduction

• You have not previously had an Account on h9999 that was terminated, suspended or closed by h9999 for breach of these Terms.

h9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to proof of age, identity, address and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

To access real-money features of h9999, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 KYC Verification

h9999 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time the Platform deems appropriate for compliance or security purposes. Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani players may include:

You must not share your username or password with any third party. h9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5 Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Players must use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner contrary to applicable law;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment instruments or false identities;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorized;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or systematic bonus exploitation;
• Attempting to launder funds or proceeds of crime through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing h9999 staff or other players;
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, account suspension or self-exclusion applied to your Account.

h9999 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this clause and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, permanent closure and the withholding of funds pending investigation. Verified fraud or illegal activity may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

Players may fund their Accounts using the payment methods available in the h9999 cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable fees and processing windows are determined by the operator and may vary from time to time.

6.1 Pakistani Payment Rail References

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for general informational context. 6.2 Deposit Obligations

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account subject to the conditions set out in this clause. h9999 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard procedures, which may include compliance and security checks prior to release of funds.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Wager Acceptance

A wager is accepted and becomes binding only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued. In the event of a technical fault, communication failure or any other error that prevents proper confirmation, h9999 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.

9.2 Obvious Errors

Where odds, payouts or game outcomes have been published or settled due to an obvious error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors or settlement based on incorrect data), h9999 reserves the right to correct or void affected wagers. This includes errors relating to PSL cricket markets, ICC tournament odds, football and UFC event markets.

9.3 Maximum Payouts

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the h9999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, page layouts and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of h9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, duplicating or copying any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Reselling or redistributing any part of the Platform;
• Decompiling, reverse-engineering or extracting source code from any Platform software;
• Framing or mirroring the Platform on any other website;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of h9999's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, however arising;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any technical failures, data errors or security breaches caused by third-party systems, payment providers or telecommunications networks;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information, content or game outcome displayed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, h9999's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Processing

h9999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting h9999 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable pending withdrawals or investigations) will be returned to you via an approved payment method, subject to completed KYC and these Terms.

14.2 Termination by h9999

h9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy;
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation or court order.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, h9999 may, at its discretion, void any pending wagers, cancel any outstanding bonuses and withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the Player following investigation, they will be returned subject to verification requirements.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which h9999 operates its gaming licence, where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

h9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the Platform (for example, by a notice on the website or by email where a valid address is held on the Account) with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 14.1.
